Treatment Journey
You will be offered an individual plan of management based on the findings of your initial assessment. This will be informed by up to date research and guidelines, clinical experience as well as your preferences as the patient. This may involve the following (not exhaustive):
Pain Education
Movement and exercise prescription
Manual therapy such as manipulation, soft tissue work and dry needling
Shockwave therapy
Activity modification
Lifestyle guidance including diet and sleep advice
